                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM RAYMOND D. CHINERY AND
                   MARIE G. CHINERY RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73A, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS, TRACT NO.
                   093, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($1,250.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Raymond D. Chinery and Marie G. 

       Chinery, relative to Contract No. 73A, Big Ridge Collector 
Sewers,
       Tract No. 093, for a total consideration of One Thousand Two
       Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($1,250.00).
